Your right to erasure
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 you can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. This is sometimes called the right to erasure, or the right to be forgotten.
We respond to every request within 30 days.
What we hold

When we can delete, and when we cannot
We can delete your data if:
- You enquired but did not book
- You have withdrawn consent for marketing
- You have no active or recent booking with us
- We no longer need it for the purpose we collected it
We cannot delete it if:
- You have a booking that has not yet travelled — we need the details to arrange it
- It forms part of a financial record. HMRC requires those to be kept for six years, and that obligation overrides a deletion request
- We need it to establish or defend a legal claim
If we cannot delete something, we will tell you exactly what we are keeping and why, in writing, within 30 days. We will still delete anything that is not covered by one of those reasons.
How to ask

Tell us your full name, the email address or phone number you used with us, and what you would like deleted — everything, or just part of it, such as your marketing preferences or an enquiry.
What happens next
- Within 3 working days — we acknowledge your request
- Within 5 working days — we check you are who you say you are, to protect you against someone else deleting your records
- Within 30 days — we complete the deletion and confirm in writing what was removed
There is no charge for this.
Data from Facebook or Instagram ads
If you gave us your details through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, email us with the address or number you used and we will delete it from our systems within 30 days.
Data held by Meta themselves is separate from ours and outside our control — you can request its deletion directly at facebook.com/help/contact/540977946302970.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
